About The Position

Entegris is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to join their Refurb team in Burnet. This role involves high-quality, safety-focused disassembly, assembly, and troubleshooting of canisters, as well as improving manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency. The shift schedule is a 3-2-2 on Night shift from 6pm-6am once fully trained and certified.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical and/or technical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Previous experience handling hazardous chemicals strongly preferred.
Dependability with flexibility to work over-time and weekends to support business needs.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 51lbs daily.
Ability to perform visual checks and handle highly hazardous material responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Ability to attain respirator certification.

Nice To Haves

Experience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment.
SAP and PLC experience.

Responsibilities

Disassemble, assemble, and troubleshoot containers in a hazardous chemical environment utilizing mechanical skills and a strong safety focus.
Follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of work processes and efficiency.
Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Quality, and the Safety team to achieve production goals and meet customer expectations.
