Manufacturing Technician II - 1st shift
About The Position
The Manufacturing Technician II is responsible for setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production operation. This position utilizes specialized equipment to screen print thick film onto a substrate board. This position reports to the Value Stream Supervisor or Manager and is part of the Thick Film Department located in New Brighton, MN and will be an onsite role. In this role, you will have to opportunity to: Manually set up print equipment in preparation of production cycle Utilize automated measuring equipment to assure that quality requirements are met Identify and troubleshoot machine and or print related issues and contribute to process improvements and follow detailed work instruction and preform data entry into electronic routers
Requirements
- Related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Ability to follow written work instructions in English.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
- Semi-automated Machine operation.
