About The Position
The Manufacturing Technician II Runner supports operations in Radiometer’s Thick Film Department, including sanding, wiping, and labeling substrate boards and operating high-temperature firing furnaces. The role is based on-site in New Brighton, Minnesota, and reports to the Value Stream Supervisor or Value Stream Manager. The scheduled shift is Sunday through Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to follow written work instructions in English.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a medical device manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience operating semi-automated machines.
Responsibilities
- Sand and clean fragile ceramic substrate boards.
- Follow written work instructions and enter data into electronic routers.
- Load parts into ovens and conveyor furnaces.
- Wipe and label substrate boards.
