About The Position

AFB International is seeking motivated Manufacturing Technicians for their Liquid Plant, A Crew. This role is for a dependable, hands-on professional who takes pride in producing quality work in a team environment that emphasizes safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The position involves operating equipment safely and efficiently, producing quality products, following procedures, identifying and communicating production issues, participating in problem-solving, supporting 5S workplace organization, maintaining a clean work environment, learning the Ensign-Bickford Operating System (EBOS), and collaborating with teammates to achieve production goals.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years production experience required.
• Ability to regularly stand and lift at least 55 pounds in a dusty environment with fluctuating temperature.
• Must work 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to follow and adhere to procedures regarding safety, quality, attendance, job tasks, etc.
• Basic computer skills required.

• Operating equipment safely and efficiently
• Producing quality products that meet customer expectations
