Our site in Colorado Springs Rockrimmon, CO is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I, First Shift, to join our team. This role is a critical part FOUP assembly.
Requirements
- HS degree or GED
- 0-2 years of related manufacturing experience
- Attention to detail – to be able to troubleshoot
- Must have hand-eye coordination
- Basic computer skills
- Quality mindset
- Good communicator and must be able to follow directions.
Responsibilities
- Perform Injection molding part inspections
- Collaborate with Setup and Engineering team to communicate part defects
- Acquire basic knowledge with part inspection and identifying quality defects per documentation
- Basic understanding of 5S principles
- Be able to complete passdown
- Have foundational knowledge of clean procedure and will be trained in programming RFID in ISO 5
- Be able to identify and troubleshoot foundational FOUP discrepancy
- Be able to understand different FOUP configurations and respective assembly instructions.
