About The Position

Supports daily manufacturing operations by performing standardized production tasks in a safe and controlled industrial environment. This role focuses on learning equipment operation, following defined work instructions, performing basic operator maintenance, and completing initial quality checks to ensure products meet established specifications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 years of manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or related experience.
  • Knowledge of basic industrial safety rules, including the use of personal protective equipment, machine guarding, and workplace safety practices.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal work instructions accurately and consistently.
  • Skill in performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining required quality standards.
  • Ability to identify obvious defects, abnormal equipment conditions, or safety concerns and report them promptly.
  • Knowledge of basic manufacturing concepts such as scrap, cycle time, and defect identification.
  • Ability to maintain accurate production and inspection records using manual or electronic systems.
  • Ability to learn new processes, equipment, and job tasks through structured training and on‑the‑job instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures, safety rules, and work instructions.
  • Load raw materials, components, or subassemblies into machines while maintaining proper identification and traceability.
  • Start, stop, and monitor equipment to ensure normal and safe operation throughout the production cycle.
  • Perform visual inspections and basic dimensional checks using provided criteria and inspection tools.
  • Identify abnormal conditions, defects, or safety concerns and immediately notify appropriate personnel.
  • Perform basic operator maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspection, and minor lubrication as directed.
  • Record production counts, scrap quantities, and operational data accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all personal protective equipment (PPE), machine guarding, and safety requirements at all times.
  • Participate in onboarding, skills training, and cross‑training activities to build manufacturing proficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.
