Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to safely and repeatedly lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to work in a dusty environment with varying temperatures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to following safety and quality standards

Responsibilities
- Operating equipment safely and efficiently
- Producing quality products that meet customer expectations
- Following established safety, quality, and operating procedures
- Identifying and communicating production issues
- Participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
- Supporting 5S workplace organization and housekeeping standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, "Showroom Ready" work environment
- Learning and applying the Ensign-Bickford Operating System (EBOS)
- Collaborating with teammates to achieve production goals
- Contributing to a culture focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost

- Night Shift Differential $2.50 Thursday through Saturday and $1.50 on Wednesdays
