About The Position

STEMCELL Technologies is looking for a Manufacturing Technician, Clean Room to join their Manufacturing team. This role involves maintaining a controlled cleanroom environment to support the production of high-quality products. The technician will perform essential cleaning and disinfection activities, including solution preparation and labeling, mopping and disinfecting surfaces, inventory replenishment, waste removal, and general facility upkeep. This position offers hands-on experience with cleanroom controls, GMP practices, and disinfection strategies, working closely with the Manufacturing Cleanroom team. The role requires flexibility for shifts, with the majority scheduled from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am PST, and may include earlier/later shifts, overtime, and weekend work based on production needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with 0–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed, accuracy, and quality in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow written procedures and accurately complete documentation in accordance with established requirements
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Computer literacy preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to lift 25–30 lbs
  • Ability to work in a cold room environment

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of regulated environments and quality systems, including ISO 13485 and cGMP, is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Follow approved SOPs and schedules to perform cleaning and disinfection of aseptic cleanrooms and non-classified areas, including mopping and wiping ceilings, walls, floors, and equipment, as well as removing waste
  • Accurately complete and review all written and electronic documentation in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements, ensuring daily cleaning activities are properly recorded
  • Maintain adequate cleaning supplies, tools, and disinfectants, including proper labeling and storage, to support organizational, GMP, and ISO cleanliness standards
  • Perform material stocking, transfer, housekeeping, and other support activities for regulated and non-regulated manufacturing areas while maintaining required gowning qualifications and training
  • Collaborate with the Manufacturing Cleanroom Manager and technicians to coordinate priorities, escalate issues, follow all safety requirements, and remain flexible to support shift-based production demands and other duties within training and skill level
