Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to follow safe work practices
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Good attention to detail
• Basic problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of basic hand tools
• Basic computer knowledge
• Can verbally communicate, comprehend written and verbal instructions, drawings, and documents in English
• Capable of basic mathematical calculations
• Must demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S. - Employment sponsorship is not available

Responsibilities

• Working hands-on in a shop environment as a team member that may include: Robot Operation, Carbon Fiber Parts Fabrication, Aircraft Assembly & Painting, CNC Machining, Quality
