About The Position

The Manufacturing Technician 3 performs advanced manufacturing and assembly tasks in a cleanroom environment, adhering to safety, quality, and production standards. The role requires technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a shift team to meet daily production goals. The technician assembles stiffeners, PCBAs, interposers, hardware, and electrical components; makes mechanical adjustments; sets up electrical testers; analyzes probe-card failures; and adjusts probe cards to achieve array planarity. The role also includes component inspections, troubleshooting, data analysis, and accurate documentation of test results. Work is primarily in a cleanroom manufacturing setting. The technician must follow gowning and contamination-control procedures, wear required PPE and cleanroom attire for extended periods, and follow safety protocols. The work may involve frequent standing, repetitive hand motions, small or delicate components, chemicals, specialty tools, microscopes, and precision measurement equipment. The position requires lifting up to 30 pounds.
