Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally

• Proficiency in mechanical assembly
• Experience using hand tools
• Soldering skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and calibrate complex mechanical, electrical, and optical instrument assemblies to meet rigorous quality standards
• Install completed assemblies in final instrument builds, ensuring functionality and reliability
• Follow detailed work instructions for all assembly, material handling, and inventory verification tasks
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to foster a positive, solutions-driven work environment
