About The Position
The Manufacturing Technician 1 position will work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cGMP batch records and SOPs to support the manufacturing of viral vector products. Employees will support projects in conjunction with other GMP Manufacturing personnel (Leads, Supervisors, Managers). Employees will prepare suites for manufacturing, to document deviations, and to operate in a safe and compliant manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline OR High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months of cGMP or manufacturing work experience
- Working knowledge of desktop computers and technical equipment
Nice To Haves
- 6 months experience reading and understand cGMP/GDP concepts and SOPs
- 1+ years’ experience with preparation of production or clean rooms
- 1+ years’ experience with transport of buffers/media and materials throughout the Cleanroom Facility
- 1+ years’ experience with performing Vial inspection of Final Product
- 1+ years’ experience with preparation of Tubing Assembly and use of the Autoclave
- Experience with Support Buffer Formulation and Fills
