About The Position
The Manufacturing Technical Manager plays a key role in ensuring production readiness, supporting manufacturing teams, and driving continuous improvement. You will collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality products and help bring life-saving therapies to patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience leading projects, initiatives, or teams
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
Responsibilities
- Support production readiness and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing campaigns
- Lead technical planning for technology transfers, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process, equipment, and documentation challenges
- Analyze issues using root cause methods and implement preventive solutions
- Maintain and improve process documentation, including SOPs and troubleshooting guides
- Coach and guide team members to strengthen technical and operational capabilities
- Support audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
