About The Position

This opportunity is located within our AFB International business, the global science and technology leader in pet food palatability. We develop and produce a full range of liquid and dry palatability enhancers using high-quality ingredients proven to optimize companion animal response and consumption. Joining our team as a Manufacturing Technician II – Warehouse Support, Nights- D-Crew you will commit to: Safely operating and becoming certified on a Counterbalance forklift Accurately transferring all raw material for dry shop stage and properly binning and storing finished product and raw materials Inspecting raw materials and finished goods for quality defects and staging raw materials for the next shift Assisting dry blend production moving materials as needed. Participating in cycle count programs.

Requirements

  • Reliability with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
  • Production or manufacturing experience (food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or farming experience a plus)
  • Counterbalance forklift experience required
  • Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and stand for extended periods during a 12hr shift in a semi-dusty environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent or successful completion of a company administered basic skills assessment
  • Must pass preemployment screens including background and drug screen
