Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills
Ability to read work instructions and follow production processes
Reliable work history
Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
Lift up to 50 pounds
Stand and move throughout the shift
Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms
Work safely in a manufacturing environment
Show up ready to work every day
Care about quality and attention to detail

Can work overtime when production demands require it

Responsibilities

Work may include material prep, powder coating, woodworking, assembly, and packaging.
Safely use tools, machines, and required protective equipment.
Move materials and work around production equipment, including hot ovens.
Check parts and products to make sure they meet quality standards.
Help keep production running by supporting different work areas as needed.
Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
