About The Position

Nippon Sanso Matheson is looking for Team Members for our manufacturing plant in Beatrice, NE. Our Team Members are responsible for providing support to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality and productivity. This position is a 12-hour shift from either 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM, working every other weekend and scheduled holidays. We offer NEW HIGHER WAGES with a starting wage of $20.00/hour with a $2.00 Night Shift Differential.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience
Ability to Speak UP and do what is right, and have the ability to watch out for others and help instead of watch others work.
Ability to follow directions, to be at work on time, understand and follow safe work practices.
Able to frequently/continually lift 30lbs while twisting, reaching and bending
Able to stand for a 12-hour shift in non-climate-controlled environment
Demonstrated ability to work on a team
Attention to detail with a focus on quality

Responsibilities

Packing and wrapping ice to customer specifics
Shoveling and packaging dry ice during the manufacturing process
Labeling, strapping, and staging of dry ice for loading
Cleaning and sanitizing large industrial containers
Safe forklift operation
Will be required to move from one department to another or to be moved to and from positions/stations as directed by supervisor and leads.
Performs other duties as assigned
