Requirements

Ability to work on your feet with a team.
Proficient in reading tape measures accurately.
Skilled in using basic hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, and screwdrivers.
Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to safety protocols.
Familiarity with production line equipment maintenance.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and perform tasks requiring standing, sitting, and bending for extended periods.
Knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) usage including steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and respirators.

Responsibilities

Production Operations: Pour urethane into molds and line different pump parts, ensuring consistent speed and accuracy while maintaining production standards.
Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment daily to support smooth manufacturing processes.
Quality Control: Monitor the production line to identify and remove faulty products, ensuring only high-quality items proceed to packaging.
Workstation Management: Maintain a clean and safe workstation and production floor, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
Packaging and Shipping: Finalize and package products for shipment, contributing to timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Participate in ongoing on-the-job training and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Inventory Support: Pull and put away molds and cores based on manufacturing needs to support production flow.
