About The Position

Lake Country Manufacturing, Inc is looking for a reliable and adaptable general labor worker with strong work ethics and an eye for quality. Due to the nature of our products, the work is not physically demanding. This position will require the employee to stand or sit depending on station for 8-10 hours daily. Employees are rotated and cross trained on different stations regularly to increase productivity and efficiency. Our full time shift is below, however if you are looking for other times, we are open to part time workers as long as it's at least 3 days a week for a normal 8 hour shift. 8 Hour Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM. We do currently have opportunities for overtime work. That is based on workload and overtime is typically optional time. 7:00AM to 6:00PM. Hours: 40 hours per week. Pay Rate: This position is starting at $17 per hour. Lake Country Manufacturing, Inc manufactures buffing and polishing products sold worldwide through multiple distribution channels. We are driven by finding profitable solutions for customers through the development of proprietary products and customized buffing systems. Requirements

Reliable and adaptable general labor worker with strong work ethics and an eye for quality.
Strong basic mathematics skills.
Ability to learn multiple machines operations and work well with others.
Must be able to effectively utilize basic measuring devices. Read a ruler to 1/16" and 3/4"
Lift and carry merchandises as needed. Materials can weigh up to 50 lbs.
Operate manual material handling equipment such as hand jacks and wheeled carts safely.

Execute daily work instructions received from supervisor in a timely manner.
Work effectively to meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining high quality standards.
