Requirements

• Ability to read work instructions and follow production processes

Responsibilities

• Assembling and finishing high-quality outdoor furniture
• Operating production equipment, manufacturing machinery, and hand tools
• Reading engineering drawings and work instructions
• Inspecting your work to ensure exceptional quality
• Completing basic production documentation
• Packaging finished products for shipment
• Working together with teammates to meet daily production goals
• Learning new skills through cross-training
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following all quality and safety standards
