About The Position
Sheridan MN is seeking a Team Leader to lead nightly bindery production operations, ensuring high-quality output, while meeting customer quality standards. This role offers a third shift schedule with consistent hours, providing an opportunity to lead a core production team in a stable manufacturing environment. It is a hands-on leadership role with a direct impact on daily operations.
Requirements
- Four years + in manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to plan, organize, direct, and lead.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead bindery team operations to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
- Monitor workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
- Maintain maximum plant productivity and quality control.
- Train apprentices to become effective operators and helpers.
- Ensure equipment is operating through shift change and that all-pertinent information is forwarded to oncoming Production Support Leader.
