About The Position
AISIN Drivetrain, Inc. is seeking candidates for Team Leader positions on the 2nd shift in various manufacturing departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves meeting daily production targets, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety standards.
Requirements
- Ability to meet production level requirements.
- Ability to communicate any abnormality to Supervisor.
- Ability to maintain charts, graphs, and production reports on a personal computer.
- Ability to calculate basic mathematical computations.
- Ability to interpret written communication (i.e., production sheets).
- Capable of carrying out all assignments and maintaining the 3-Pillar standards.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to perform occasional lifting and ergonomic movements (i.e. – twisting, turning, reaching, bending).
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of quality equipment.
Responsibilities
- Meets daily production levels.
- Reports any product, quality, or safety issues immediately to Supervisor.
- Performs kaizen activities.
- Performs one-by-one process through work instructions.
- Performs line quality checks.
- Records daily production totals.
- Keep work area within the 3-Pillar standards.
