The Role The Manufacturing Systems Integration Engineer serves as the lead General Assembly (GA) integration resource within Advanced Vehicle Development, responsible for defining, communicating, and driving adherence to General Assembly manufacturing strategies across new vehicle programs. This role leads the integration of manufacturing systems from program inception through post-Contract Sign Off (CSO), ensuring alignment between product design, manufacturing processes, facility strategy, capital investment, automation, and program timing. The successful candidate will solve complex manufacturing challenges, drive cross-functional issue resolution, maintain the Plan for Every Site (PFES), and provide strategic direction that delivers the safest, highest quality, and most cost-effective manufacturing solutions. The position requires strong technical leadership, manufacturing expertise, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders while supporting key milestones from pre-DSI through Contract Sign Off (CSO).
