About The Position

This position will provide support to any department of Smoker Craft, Inc. when needed. The role involves undergoing training in various departments such as Pontoon, Aluminum, and Fiberglass Production, with an openness to learning and performing any job within the plant. The Manufacturing Support person will also help train new hires as needed and work with a variety of team members and supervisors.

Requirements

• Candidates with tig welding experience.
• Flexibility, as this person will be required to work and cover any areas needed due to attendance or production demand.
• Ability to work between the hours of 5 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays if needed. Flexibility to work the schedule required by the assigned department is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. continuously throughout the shift.
• Ability to read a measuring tape and use any hand/power tools needed.
