People • Customers • Trust Manufacture and complete necessary parts and components for various product lines including but not limited to: Plastic (poly) sizing and finish machining Rubber graphite sizing and finish machining Mechanical parts and finished assemblies

Requirements

  • Proficient at blueprint reading
  • Ability to use dial calipers and micrometers
  • Machining operating background including: -CNC lathe -CNC milling machines -CNC router tables -Manual milling machines -Manual lathe
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more
  • Work in a high-paced environment
  • Willingness to cross train and assist in other areas as needed

  • Knowledgeable in different machining techniques and practices
  • Self-starter-able to work in a team atmosphere
  • Must have or willing to purchase own tools

Responsibilities

  • Machine and complete custom part orders (training provided)
  • Assemble and test various mechanical equipment (training provided)
  • Utilize different types of measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, etc.
  • Record keeping – complete paperwork for each job accurately and neatly
  • Operate tow motor (training provided)
