About The Position

As a Manufacturing Support Team Member – Level 2 in the J860 EMAS Department, you will play a vital role in supporting J860 production and related operational processes in a collaborative, team-based manufacturing environment. You will serve as a key contributor to production execution, quality assurance, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that operational goals are met with efficiency and excellence. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Requirements

  • Experience with Assembly operations
  • Experience with SFM, QADS, Engineering Drawings
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice To Haves

  • 5 plus years experience with Assembly operations
  • Experience with STK, NFS, and SVMS
  • Ability to teach and coach Assembly process requirements
  • Knowledgeable in lean principles and strategies
