As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll lead an operation for our Gas Chromatography product lines on-site in our Bartlesville manufacturing facility. The work model for the role is: Onsite in Bartlesville, OK.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
3+ years of prior manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop employees.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, or other operational excellence methodologies.
Experience with SAP and/or other ERP systems.
Experience working in a high-volume or engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of manufacturing employees, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Oversee daily production activities, including staffing, workflow, schedules, quality, and productivity, to meet business and customer requirements.
Monitor key performance indicators and use data to identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives, including root-cause analysis and Lean Manufacturing practices.
Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve plant goals.
