About The Position

The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee production operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives in schedule adherence, efficiency, quality, and cost savings, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This role involves fostering a culture of continuous improvement, promoting energy awareness, and managing assigned personnel, including day-to-day activities and performance management.

Requirements

Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
Ability to drive results in accordance with schedule.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Microsoft Office proficient.
Ability to interface with customers on a professional level.
Supervisory experience managing production employees.
Production schedule proficiency.
Production flow knowledge.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.

Responsibilities

Oversee production operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results in key areas, including schedule adherence, efficiency, quality, and cost savings.
Ensure training and development of personnel, including maintaining PMT online training status and Operator qualifications, and managing Special Process Authorizations (SPA) and world-class status.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular 6S audits, implementation of process controls, prevention of Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), and utilization of statistical process control.
Promote energy awareness and develop plans to reduce energy usage in production areas.
Manage and supervise assigned personnel, including day-to-day activities and performance management, and discipline and corrective action for poor job performance, as needed.
