About The Position
Ichor Systems is seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Machine shop and Tig (GTAW) weld work cells. This role is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safety, maintaining quality standards, meeting production schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, manufacturing experience, and a solid understanding of manual machining and Tig (GTAW) weld operations and production processes.
