About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Second Shift Supervisor to lead production operations, support team development, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements

1-3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
Experience supervising multiple departments or production areas simultaneously
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and develop employees in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems/software
Ability to regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead and support production teams across multiple areas during second shift operations
Coordinate manpower, materials, and production schedules to maximize efficiency and quality
Drive performance in safety, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery
Identify root causes of production issues and implement effective solutions
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and teamwork
Partner with other departments to prevent delays and maintain workflow
Maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment
Conduct employee coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions when needed
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development
Communicate clearly and proactively across departments and leadership teams
