About The Position

Advanced Powder Products, Inc. (APP) is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our rapidly growing technology company. For over two decades, APP has been developing and manufacturing complex net-shape components using metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D metal printing technologies for the firearms, medical, industrial and defense industries. Requirements

• Technical Degree and 3-5 years experience in manufacturing
• Proven leadership ability

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Injection molding, PLC programming, or CNC programming preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations and provide operators/technicians with direction and priority on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to complete production plan
• Troubleshoot process issues and repair equipment failures to minimize production downtime
• Work in conjunction with planner to allocate and schedule resources to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and throughput
• Ability to start up and shutdown entire physical plant
• Responsible for coaching, training, and disciplining employees
• Maintain safe and clean work environment
