About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fabrication shop environment. We are looking for a hands-on manufacturing leader who understands the complete fabrication process and can effectively manage a production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience and hands-on knowledge of TRUMPF laser, press brakes, copper fabrication, and powder coating operations.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Hands-on experience with TRUMPF laser equipment
- Press brake experience
- Copper fabrication experience
- Powder coating line experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in a fabrication shop environment
