We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and quality-focused Manufacturing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll engage in a variety of semi-repetitive tasks, including hand soldering, mechanical assembly, and machine operation. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written instructions.
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written instructions.
Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and visual acuity.
Ability to handle small components and soldering tools safely.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions, documentation, and safety requirements.
Effective verbal and written communication in a technical environment.
Collaborates effectively within a team and adjusts to shifting priorities and environments.
Must be U.S. persons within the definition of ITAR, with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing or machine operation environment.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, ITAR).
Basic mechanical aptitude or technical coursework.

Responsibilities

Perform basic mechanical and/or electrical operations or assemblies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications.
Perform hand soldering of basic SMT and through-hole components under supervision.
Operate manufacturing equipment while adhering to safety protocols to optimize production processes and maintain efficiency.
Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance tasks on assigned machines.
Follow standard work instructions and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform other duties or support other areas as needed based on business requirements or production flow.
