Manufacturing Specialist
About The Position
The Manufacturing Specialist supports daily manufacturing operations by setting up, operating, and loading production equipment while maintaining efficient workflow and equipment readiness. The role involves monitoring machine performance, making in-process parameter adjustments, performing standard tool adjustments and basic machine care, and maintaining accurate production logs using computer systems. The specialist works in an equipment-floor environment with automated visual inspection stations and follows established operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety guidelines. The position requires basic English communication skills and flexibility to work assigned second- or third-shift schedules.
Requirements
- Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift as assigned.
