About The Position

The Manufacturing Specialist, as a member of the Manufacturing Operations Shift Team, is responsible for performing activities that improve the flow of production through sections of the line, during their shift, while achieving world-class speed and quality. This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of the tools and systems in use as well as the product being manufactured. Additionally, this position requires compliance with all security, health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.

Requirements

  • High‑school diploma or GED is required.
  • Intermediate computer skills (>30 WPM typing ability).
  • Self-motivated and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to both follow and create documented procedures.
  • Ability to wear a cleanroom smock for an entire shift and lift up to 25lb.

Responsibilities

  • Wafer inputs, wafer shipments, special transaction execution, FOUP/FOSB Handling, wafer splits/merges, FOUP/FOSB inventory management.
  • Monitor, evaluate and interact with software systems and computerized manufacturing equipment to maintain proper photo resist inventory and chemical age.
  • Communicate and follow through on any inhibitors to manufacturing performance.
  • Must adhere to strict protocol policies, which include wearing a clean room suit for long periods.
