About The Position

HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Manufacturing Specialist for our HalePlus division to save the day by working with a team to efficiently produce high-quality modular units. Working with various hand tools and manufacturing machines, the Manufacturing Specialist is committed to safety, teamwork, and delivering products to customer specifications.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 65 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in our outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction experience is highly preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to efficiently produce high-quality modular units.
• Work with various hand tools and manufacturing machines.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering products to customer specifications.
• Involvement in different phases of modular home construction such as drywall, painting, installation of siding, and more.
