About The Position

HPM Building Supply in Keaau, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Manufacturing Specialist for our HalePlus division. This role involves working with a team to efficiently produce high-quality modular units. The Manufacturing Specialist will use various hand tools and manufacturing machines and is committed to safety, teamwork, and delivering products to customer specifications. The job involves different phases of modular home construction such as drywall, painting, and installation of siding.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 65 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in our outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction experience is highly preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Skills in Insulation/Drywall.
• Skills in Painting.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team to efficiently produce high-quality modular units.
• Use various hand tools and manufacturing machines.
• Contribute to safety and teamwork.
• Deliver products to customer specifications.
