About The Position

HPM Building Supply is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Specialist Lead for its HalePlus division in Keaau, Hawaii. The role leads the daily activities of an assigned crew and works alongside team members to efficiently produce high-quality building components and modular units. Work may involve different phases of modular home construction, including drywall, painting, and siding installation. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; some overtime and weekend work may be required. The position involves working in an outdoor warehouse in varying weather conditions.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 65 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in an outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions.
• Ability to bend, stretch, reach, twist, squat, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
• Previous construction experience is highly preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily activities of the assigned HalePlus crew.
