The Manufacturing Scheduler develops and manages production schedules to support customer demand, project commitments, labor availability, and material requirements. The role coordinates schedules across manufacturing, enclosure fabrication, electrical assembly, and shipping operations, using scheduling and capacity-planning techniques to identify bottlenecks, balance workloads, and reduce delivery risks. The Scheduler partners with Production, Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and other teams to align schedules and priorities. The position monitors schedule performance, adjusts plans as business needs and workforce or material constraints change, analyzes production data, and supports continuous improvement in planning accuracy, scheduling effectiveness, and operational efficiency. It also involves creating and maintaining planning workbooks, reports, and scheduling tools using advanced Excel functionality; sharing schedule updates and metrics with operations leadership and stakeholders; and supporting planning-process development as Oracle implementation activities mature. This is primarily an office-based position in a manufacturing facility and requires working on-site. Occasional time in production areas may require hearing protection and compliance with safety protocols.
