Builds, inspects, tests, and troubleshoots cable assemblies and harnesses. Performs acceptance inspections of cables and wiring. Drafts, reviews, and edits technical work instructions, checklists, quality documentation, and procedures related to cable fabrication. Performs troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of cable assemblies and associated wiring. Supports engineering with cable design changes, cable testing, data collection, and documentation for continuous product improvement and development. Uses and maintains hand and/or power tools related to cable assembly work. Reviews and completes business and required documentation. Has IPC-620 training or equivalent experience.
