Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Learn and perform quality inspections on manufactured components and assemblies
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Ensure products meet customer and industry quality standards
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain quality excellence
