About The Position

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Quality Auditor to perform quality audits on finished goods, purchased parts, in-process parts, and subassemblies. The position also assists with troubleshooting equipment and performs testing and calibration activities to ensure compliance with quality standards. The role requires following safety protocols and company procedures; other duties may be assigned. Associates are regularly exposed to vibration and moving mechanical parts, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles. Noise levels are typically loud. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a drug screen and background check. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; future work-authorization sponsorship is unavailable.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and quality specifications.
Excellent attention to detail.
Commitment to workplace safety and support for continuous improvement.
U.S. work authorization; future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check before the start date.

Previous experience in Quality, Inspection, or testing.

Responsibilities

Read, communicate, and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions.
Partially disassemble finished goods using hand tools for inspection purposes.
Conduct assembly and disassembly operations, including drilling, screwing, and bolting.
Use precision tools and testing equipment for inspection activities.
Use computers and AS400 systems for documentation and tracking.
Audit manufacturing processes, procedures, work instructions, and specifications.
Inspect purchased parts and materials as required.
Identify and report abnormal quality conditions.
Complete inspection reports and tagging requirements.
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
