  • Process Auditing — advanced level; conducting thorough assessments to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
  • PFMEA — advanced level; identifying and mitigating potential failure modes in manufacturing processes
  • Quality in Manufacturing and Distribution — advanced level; ensuring product integrity throughout the production lifecycle
  • Quality Management Systems — advanced level; maintaining and improving QMS frameworks to meet regulatory standards
  • Root Cause Analysis — intermediate level; investigating quality events to prevent recurrence
  • Process Control — intermediate level; monitoring and optimizing manufacturing parameters for consistent quality
  • Strong technical mindset with the ability to apply conceptual knowledge to solve difficult quality challenges
  • Effective influencing skills to drive change and build quality culture across teams
  • Independent work style with sound judgment in adherence to policies and compliance standards
  • Collaborative approach to partnering with procurement, operations, and engineering stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to minimize quality risks in manufacturing processes
  • Execute process audits and champion quality culture to strengthen compliance and continuous improvement
  • Oversee change management for new manufacturing lines and process changes with rigorous quality oversight
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to address supplier quality issues and implement solutions
