As our Final Integration Manufacturing Project Manager Operations Lead, you will be the cost, schedule, technical and programmatic interface between the program and manufacturing. You will understand budget allocation and drive cost performance across Operations, support program proposal and basis of estimate efforts, and account for and manage all out of scope requests. You will drive planning and execution across Operations, lead Program Status Meetings, drive daily actions out of the team, and perform forward/backward pass analysis to understand hardware critical path. You will also coordinate inter-facility or cross-site actions and readiness. You will demonstrate technical understanding, articulate and discuss technical issues, and drive technical production issues back through program or engineering for resolution. You will ensure Engineering, ME’s and MRP understand and work to production need dates and support MRB, FRB and ARB as needed. You will serve as the interface between Operations, Engineering, and Program Lines of Business, communicate hardware status to program and customer, and ensure Operations Readiness by hosting Manufacturing Reading Reviews (MRR) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) as needed. You will host Program Management Reviews with Operations, Program, and Customer, and support any Program or LOB specific meeting/review as needed. You will also drive the development of "what if" analysis and risk mitigation plans related to technical or capacity resource issues and engage early with Operations leadership for return to green plans.
