About The Position
We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer for a manufacturing facility in Jermyn, PA. The role involves understanding project requirements, assessing models and drawings for manufacturing feasibility, and moving requests for quotation (RFQs) from initial inquiry through a complete and timely quotation. Success requires translating technical requirements into clear actions, coordinating multiple contributors, and keeping customers informed as projects progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with die casting, CNC machining, tooling, metal manufacturing, or another high-volume production environment.
- Ability to review and analyze SolidWorks models and engineering drawings.
- Working knowledge of dimensional tolerances and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Experience coordinating technical RFQs, estimates, customer projects, or manufacturing launches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers and internal teams.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check is a condition of employment.
