About The Position

At Vertiv, we design and deliver the infrastructure that powers critical digital systems worldwide. We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager with strong experience in product lifecycle management, engineering documentation, and supply chain execution to support global manufacturing operations and product transitions. This role is responsible for driving manufacturing readiness, supporting plant-to-plant transfers, and ensuring accurate and controlled engineering and supply chain execution across global sites. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact manufacturing execution, supply chain performance, and global product delivery across a complex international environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field)
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes, including EOL and NPD stage-gate execution
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation
  • Experience developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, workmanship standards, BOMs, and process documentation
  • Experience supporting plant-to-plant transfers
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Oracle or similar)
  • Experience with project tracking tools and manufacturing execution reporting
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% globally
