About The Position

We are looking for an entry-level production worker who can work in any one of our departments to forge aluminum products. We have multiple positions open, will provide on-the-job training, and offer opportunities for growth within the company. This role requires a safety-conscious individual who can follow instructions, maintain productivity, and work effectively in a team environment. The position operates in a demanding, fast-paced industrial manufacturing plant and may require overtime, including frequent Saturdays.

Requirements

• English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension).
• Ability to frequently lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to use handling equipment to assist with moving parts that exceed 50 lbs.
• Ability to use both hands, hand tools, power tools and related equipment.
• Capable of repetitive reaching, twisting and bending.
• Able to stand on feet 80% of the time during a work schedule.
• Experience as an Assembler, Deburrer, Grinder, Polisher, Production Worker, Machine Operator, Construction Laborer, Warehouse Associate, Metal Worker, General Labor, Maintenance or any entry level manufacturing roles.
