About The Position

We are looking for an entry-level production worker to join our team and forge aluminum products. We offer on-the-job training and provide opportunities for growth within the company. This role requires a safety-conscious individual who can follow instructions, maintain productivity, and work effectively in a team environment. The position operates in a demanding, fast-paced industrial manufacturing plant and may require overtime, including Saturdays.

Requirements

  • English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension).
  • Ability to frequently lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to use handling equipment to assist with moving parts that exceed 50 lbs.
  • Ability to use both hands, hand tools, power tools and related equipment.
  • Capable of repetitive reaching, twisting and bending.
  • Able to stand on feet 80% of the time during a work schedule.
  • Willingness to be cross-trained on multiple operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as an Assembler, Deburrer, Grinder, Polisher, Production Worker, Machine Operator, Construction Laborer, Warehouse Associate, General Labor, Maintenance or any entry level manufacturing roles.
