We are currently hiring Manufacturing & Production Technicians to perform general assembly in our West Union, IA manufacturing facility. Join us if you are interested in working in a fast paced, financially sound, climate controlled manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Hard-working individuals, wanting to excel in their profession
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-starting team player with a positive attitude and good communication
• Considers attendance & punctuality a priority
• Ability to use various hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Stand for long periods of time
• Basic mathematical skills
• Proficient in English
• Safety-sensitive position
• Note: Satisfactory background check, and negative drug screen required

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures
• Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
• Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable
• Ensuring work space is clean, safe and in working order
