The Assembly B position transforms raw materials and purchased parts into completed products.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Years of experience: No prior experience necessary
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to work in team setting or independently
- Ability to understand processes and instructions
- Ability to adjust to all weather conditions
- Ability to work under boat
- Ability to read tape measurements
- Ability to read and follow standard operations processes
- Ability to cross train
Responsibilities
- Installs decking.
- Installs Z bars and motor pod for framing.
- Installs carpet and trim.
- Loads furniture and console.
- Rigs consoles and installs navigation lights.
- Installs fencing.
- Installs furniture.
- Installs bed board.
- Cleans, vacuums, and wipes down boats.
- Stripes boat
- Underpinning and under looming
- Uses hand tools daily to complete processes.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
