See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview: As part of the talented Manufacturing team, you will be required to rotate to different stations as needed. Maintain safe & clean work areas, keep production records using paper/computers and demonstrate corporate values of Teamwork, Respect, Determination and Passion. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 year of general work experience.
• Mechanical ability
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools.

Nice To Haves

• Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
• Prefer experience in environments with ISO, Quality Management Systems, Lean.
• Six Sigma and 5S

Responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to rotate through a wide variety of cells and demonstrate proficiency
• Will occasionally be required to fill in as Operator in CNC and Weld
• Use a variety of hand tools, fixtures and test equipment
• Visually inspect production run and document results.
• Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Participation in departmental improvement projects
• Other duties as assigned
