See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview: As part of the talented Manufacturing team, you will be required to rotate to different stations as needed. Maintain safe & clean work areas, keep production records using paper/computers and demonstrate corporate values of Teamwork, Respect, Determination and Passion. Essential Functions: Follow written and verbal instructions Ability to rotate through a wide variety of cells and demonstrate proficiency Will occasionally be required to fill in as Operator in CNC and Weld Use a variety of hand tools, fixtures and test equipment Visually inspect production run and document results. Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate parties. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned area. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. Participation in departmental improvement projects Other duties as assigned Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 year of general work experience.
  • Mechanical ability
  • Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred.
  • Prefer experience in environments with ISO, Quality Management Systems, Lean. Six Sigma and 5S

Responsibilities
